On Monday, Year 3 visited Whipsnade Zoo. We were fortunate with the weather and had a lovely day exploring and seeing all the animals in their environments. We were given a talk on teeth and nutrition and were able to explore the skulls and teeth of various animals. We had to investigate what type of animal it would be by looking at the types of teeth and the positioning of their eyes. The class were excellent detectives and were able to correctly identify which animals the skulls belonged to. The class represented the school fantastically and had a brilliant time seeing the animals of Africa and Europe.
