Year 3 children went over to Holtspur Park to take part in a tree planting initiative alongside The Friends of Holtspur Park. They planted a total of 40 saplings, of different varieties, to fill a gap in the existing hedge and have been given the responsibility of looking after the project in the years to come. The children were fantastic and star struck by the presence of the Mayor of Beaconsfield who was there to oversee their work. They were a real credit to the school and the head of TFOHP commented on what a great job they did. To see photos of them in action please go to the school website.
