Harvest Festival
At this time of year, people all over the country are celebrating Harvest and using it as an opportunity to help people less fortunate.
This year, on Thursday 22nd October, we will be collecting produce to donate to The One Can Trust. The foodbank serves High Wycombe and South Buckinghamshire including the Beaconsfield area, providing food parcels to those in our local area who find themselves temporarily in difficult circumstances. The organisation is dependent upon donations of food and it is staffed by volunteers, so all contributions will be most greatly received.
Unfortunately the food bank are unable to accept perishable items, we would be very grateful if you could bring one item to donate. Below is a suggested item for each year group to bring to school based on their urgent shopping list, ensuring that our donation is as varied as possible.
