  • PTA Sponsored Bounce 21st March

    Thu 08 Mar 2018

We are planning to put extra bounce in your child’s step this spring with our annual sponsored bounce.

We are challenging the children to bounce as many

times as they can in 1 minute.

Every child will receive a certificate.

This was a massive fundraiser for the school last year and we hope to do the same this year in aid of the new Gardening & Nature area around & behind the Nest, which the school is hoping to develop in time for Spring 2019.

This brilliant LOTC area will cost approximately £12,000 to complete.

Please help us reach our target by sponsoring your child, if possible.

All money raised by pre-school children will be used to buy new wooden planters, plants & soil for the Pre-School.

Even if your child is not in Pre-School on the day please come along to take part.

  • Hockey Tournament Hosts

    Fri 09 Feb 2018

At 11:30, Year 5 and 6 participated in a hockey tournament with two other schools: Claytons and Padbury COE.

The schools were mixed up in to eight teams – then split into two groups. Each team played six matches against each other (each consisting on four minutes) and then the scores were added up…

In group one, our head boy (Noah's) team won! In group two my (Emma) team won!

It was a very exciting event and everybody made some new friends and enjoyed themselves. On behalf of all three schools we thank Club Sport for organizing and hosting this competition.

    By Noah and Emma.
